Shipping Policy

  • On behalf of Upohar we welcome all our customers to www.upoharstores.com. Every customer is special to us and we aim to provide them with a smooth and hassle free shipping. We use trusted and reliable courier services to ensure that the product you ordered reaches you on time and safely.
  • We provide free shipping across India on purchases on and above ₹299. Purchases below ₹299 will incur an additional ₹60 shipping charge.
  • We offer free shipping on prepaid purchases. COD is not available at the moment. Discount code or discount coupon is not applicable for all the products which are already on offer.
  • Our aim is to deliver the product to you within 10-12 days of order confirmation. The company is not responsible in anyway if you order the wrong address, pincode etc. and the product is dispatched. In this case the refund policy is not effective. In that case, WhatsApp / Email with the help of the valid phone number that you have ordered or registered email ID within the next 24hrs from the date of placing the order at Website. The company will verify the matter and contact you. 40% of the total price of the product will be deducted due to ordering to the wrong address.
  • You will receive a confirmation message, tracking ID, and invoice number for your order via SMS or WhatsApp on your registered phone number, as well as via email to your registered email address. All information will be sent within 72 hours of order confirmation.
  • Shipping and handling charges may vary based on product weight, shape, volume, packing and other factors. Shipping and handling charges are given at checkout and customers will know about it before paying.
  • Please remember that the company will inform customers if the product is not delivered within the specified time due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government holidays, or regional issues.
  • For security reasons, some orders require a signature upon delivery. In that case, if you are not present at the time of delivery, contact the courier service and make alternative arrangements.
  • Please carefully inspect the product you ordered upon delivery. Ensure that the name, address, phone number, order date, invoice number, and box seal listed on the invoice are correct. You must take clear photos of the box and record a clear, voiced video of the unboxing. If the product is damaged for any reason, contact Upohar via WhatsApp or email within two days of the delivery date. Make sure to use the valid phone number and email ID you registered with. Our team will reach out to you promptly.
  • Upohar reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. If your order is canceled and you have already made a payment, rest assured that the full amount will be promptly refunded.
  • Please check your shipping address, pincode carefully before placing the order to avoid any inconvenience. Later, if any of the information is found wrong, contact our customer care. If the product has not been dispatched, we will try to correct it. If dispatched, we cannot make any changes to the address details.
  • Only return and replacement policy will be effective depending on the information and inquiry of the entire matter.
  • No products will be dispatched on Sundays and holidays.
