No Refunds, Returns, or Replacements: Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept refund, return, or replacement requests.
Reporting Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, contact Team Upohar via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide:
- A clear picture of the invoice.
- Four clear pictures of the four sides of the box.
- Two clear pictures of the product.
- A clear video of the unboxing.
Expired or Incorrect Products: If you receive an expired or incorrect product, our return and replacement policy will apply. The refund policy is not applicable in this case, and no additional charges will be deducted. The product must be unopened and in a salable condition.
Order Cancellations by Upohar: Upohar reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. If this happens, our refund policy will be effective, and you will be contacted by our team. The refund will be processed within 15 days.
No Exchanges for Opened/Used Products: We cannot send a new product in exchange for an opened or used product under any circumstances.
Return Confirmation: Product returns will only be confirmed after the company verifies the pictures and videos sent by the buyer.
Product Variations: Our products are handcrafted in small quantities using natural ingredients, which may result in slight variations in taste, smell, color, or texture from one batch to another. Despite these variations, we do not compromise on quality. We cannot accept returns based on these natural variations.
